Arsenal's German playmaker received a ticket this week after parking illegally in the centre of London.

The World Cup-winning midfielder, who joined the Gunners for a club record fee in 2013, left his £160,000 Mercedes G-Class SUV where he shouldn't have before strolling off with pals.
